To Braman General Manager I visited your showroom today in the hopes of maybe buying a Mini which unfortunately didn't happen at this time. I had the pleasure of meeting Jamison, Ben and Jessie. Unlike my previous experiences at showrooms I walked out of yours with a big smile on my face even though I wasn't driving a Mini home. I have never met more courteous, knowledgeable and helpful car salesmen- they truly are a credit to your organization. My husband- who has been with me on my 3 previous car purchases- and HATES!!!!!! going to showrooms- left smiling I will highly recommend to friends interested in new/used vehicles to visit you first and will take all the advice/info that Ben gave to me and hope to be able to re-visit more successfully in the near future I have also emailed Mini USA to let them know what a great job these 3 guys are doing Again many thanks to them for a great experience.

" 16th Birthday Present "

The people at Braman MINI helped make my daughter's 16th Birthday a wonderful event.  The MINI was a surprise for her and they helped us keep the  secret by not calling our house before her birthday.  They also helped get me a big bow to place on top of her brand new MINI.  It was the perfect 16th Birthday present!

"New Innovations and Improvements"

I would like to take the time to personally praise the following people:  Gary Rockoff, my sales rep.  He was very knowledgeable and explained all the new innovations to me in a language I could understand....he was very accommodating and knowledgeable.  Tina Lane, Financial Manager, really worked with me and was very efficient.  Kevin Kossick, Sales Manager, who took the time to come over, introduce himself and took the time to oversee every aspect of the sale.   This is truly an excellent staff and one I would definitely send friends and family to deal with in the future.  This is my third mini and I am very excited with all the new innovations and improvements.

"Top Notch" Service

From start to finish, the first service of my 2007 335i at Braman Motorcars was top notch. My service advisor Joe was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and made this first visit most commodious. I was even treated to a personal introduction to the technician, Carl, who would be performing the scheduled maintenance to my vehicle. Speaking with Carl was an apprising look at the steps Braman has taken to maintain well trained, top quality technicians.

I am more than completely satisfied. I have never experienced the level of service provided by Braman. My car is always ready sooner than promised. Obviously, Braman has organized a standard of service at many levels. The real difference however is my service provider, Jose. He treats me like I am the most important client he has. He makes everything as easy as possible. He explains what the car needs and what they have done. He positively scolds me when I don't keep my wheel rims clean and guided me in buying products and brushes that would help me at your service store. And I actually use them. This visit I came in expecting to leave the car. He told me if I wanted to wait a bit they could service the car right then. My choice. I waited for less than two hours. He checked on me three times in the waiting room. Once to tell me what was wrong. Once to see if I needed anything. Once to let me know what had been done and that they would be finished in a few minutes, which they were. My car was waiting out front. Jose is my Braman experience. My salesmen Todd was great, but  It is Jose who will bring me back to buy another car when the time comes. Meanwhile, I thank you for making this such a wonderful experience.

He conveyed customer value, and made the repair process stress free. As I told him, I can buy a luxury car wherever I like, but with the level of service I just went
